Our support agreement is designed to benefit your agency in several ways. First, you will receive unlimited software assistance. Secondly, you will receive software updates and upgrades of your Vertex Systems solutions.
Beyond technical support, our Professional Services staff will be able to help you apply software patches, updates, service releases, upgrades and integration will any new Vertex Systems’ applications you add.
Our approach is based on sharing information, responding quickly to changing needs and working through solutions together with our customers. Our annual maintenance and support service offers a variety of options to ensure you have the level of support you need – when you need it.
