Our experienced, personable support team will make sure your staff rapidly becomes self-reliant, ensuring fluid, uninterrupted system operations over the long haul. We offer training at our home office in Columbus, Ohio, on-site at your location, or incrementally online. We'll make sure your staff is completely comfortable using Vertex information-management solutions.

In order to keep your Vertex software solutions up to date and trouble-free, we provide an advanced Maintenance and Support program that provides you with the latest software updates, and telephone support to answer all your questions. In addition, we can create reports and plan documents customized to fulfill your exact needs. When you contact Vertex, we'll respond with the requisite sense of urgency, connecting to your desktop if needed and marshalling all the resources necessary to get your system operating seamlessly.
