Vertex OASIS Billing Solution

The Vertex Systems OASIS billing solution works in conjunction with either the Vertex Client Payroll Manager or Case Records Manager or ideally both, with an automated time collection device to streamline the entire process for OASIS billing. Pieces and hours worked, service delivery time, group logs, service delivery documentation and service billing are all handled. The end result is that you can comply with the new processes for OASIS billing with minimal extra effort from your staff and no additional offline processes. The Vertex Systems software does the onerous and time consuming aspects of what OASIS requires. Most importantly, the maintaining of group logs at the top of every hour is handled automatically by our software.

Recoding time is perhaps the most time consuming and important aspect of the OASIS requirements. You can use the existing time entry function in Client Payroll Manager or use one of the alternate time collection methods:

  • Vertex Mobile Timesheet Web can be used wherever a web connection is available.
  • Mobile Timesheet Web can be used on a laptop when no web connection is available. When convenient, the data can be synchronized when a connection is available or you are in the office.
  • Mobile Timesheet (Handheld Pocket/PC) can be used when a full size keyboard and screen are not practical and staff are on the go and require a computer that can fit in their shirt pocket.
  • Mobile Timesheet Web and Mobile Timesheet (Handheld Pocket/PC) make it easy for all punches to be collected in real time when changing  tasks or when the supervisor is able to record.
  • All time entry methods improve the collection of time for jobs/activities, service delivery and documentation by eliminating data entry and reducing errors. You simply need to choose the method or methods that meets your needs.
  • Writing service Notes for documentation is automated and easy.
